It’s an unbelievable bargain for the price!
Really very impressed with this TV. The picture quality is, bright, sharp, great contrast and colourful. Looks great for films and streaming in 4K. The sound quality is surprisingly good too, delivering clear audio without needing an extra soundbar. The smart features are easy to use, with quick access to popular streaming apps and the Freely TV platform making live and on-demand viewing simple and convenient. Setup was straightforward, and the menu system is smooth and user-friendly. A great bonus is the separate kids remote, such a handy feature if you have little ones in the house. Overall, fantastic value for money and would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with this TV
Wanted a relatively cheap Freely TV and very pleased with this one. In stock and easy to set up with an app on the phone. Hisense are are brand I know and have used before for work. I am not a big TV watcher, but wanted a decent picture and easy to use.

Freely product that improves with time
Great tv. Freely makes it better overtime. Very similar to smaller version already have. Though difference is remote button positions. Downsides - remote easily lost not easily found. Some some functions more button presses than should be. Apple TV app doesn’t show purchased content be good to have an app for purchased tv & Film. Kids profile needs lists of improvements even just access to allowed streaming apps.

Picture's good. Sound's awful. Interface's clumsy.
Bought to replace another brand's TV which had developed recurring issues, and though it's only been a few days, this one's proving to be a massive disappointment. The picture's good, but that's really the only good thing that I have to say. The sound quality is, frankly, awful. Have tried various modes and played with settings, but so far to no avail. To add insult to injury, when connected to a laptop via HDMI for streaming purposes, at the beginning of some events (ie., when going from one episode or series to another) the sound switches from the TV to the laptop for a split second, then back to the TV - and using headphones is a pain in the proverbial; not only does the output not automatically switch to them from the speakers on plugging them in (it has to be done via the menu using the remote) and vice versa, but both times I've tried to use my wireless ones, the sound has abruptly cut off after 10 minutes, and was only restored by unplugging the transmitter jack from the headphone socket, and then plugging it back in. One of the main reasons for choosing this TV was that it's one of the few to still have a physical headphone socket. To top it off, I find the interface very clumsy. Most actions, such as switching between input sources, etc., are not just 'one button press' events, and, unlike previous TVs, the desired channel isn't the first thing that comes up on switching the set on - instead, it's a cluttered 'homepage' and whatever the last-used source was. Regrettably, I'm regretting this purchase.
