My fault, I thought it had a lid so I took it back
I was very happy with the staff who were there and asked if I would like to change it for one with a lid. Which I was happy to do. I had my suspicions when it came out in a different box ( very plain). When I got home and opened the box, I was surprised to find the toilet was obviously sent back before (hence the plain box) to be fitted with a lid that didn’t fit properly and looked really badly made. So in the end I had my money back.

Comfortable and very quick to fit
Wife had a hop replacement a couple of weeks ago and found it difficult to get to normal toilet height. Apparently, following the operation NHS used to lend such a device; no such offer in Scotland (To be fair, they lend her the necessary crutches). Looked for a supplier and Argos (quote near to me) offered a fair priced 6 inch riser and available immediately. Proved to be a good buy and exactly what she wanted for the remedial phase.
