I can advise the following for the Home Essentials Soft Touch Grey Fitted Sheet - Small double:
For the small double size fitted mattress size should not be exceeded by 192~193 cm in length.
As the base fabric is 100% polyester that doesn’t have stretching properties, so small double fitted can’t be fitted on mattress size 200 cm in length

There is elastic all around the under side of this sheet around the hemline.
