Does what it is meant too and both sides toasted more or less the same .The tongs are a good touch if toast gets stuck easy safe way to remove toast (turn toaster off )an then just attach tongs to side of toaster so they shouldn't get lost

Brought this for my mum as her last one died and its absolutely great she loves it fits in well with her kitchen and she says its seems too cook the toast quicker then her last one which she loves great product

Disappointed.
Looks smart but bread seems to toast unevenly with one side darker than the other. Larger slices of bread do not fit and some slices stick when ejected. Seems quite slow compared to my old toaster. Tongs are bonus though.

No it does not have a defrost setting, however you can defrost bread on a low setting.
