I can advise that the SIM Free Doro Aurora A20 64GB Mobile Phone - Graphite currently supports WhatsApp but isn't pre-installed. Upgrading is dependant on the requirements of WhatsApp but provided you keep your Android software up to date, you will be able to stay up to date.
