The Argos Home Loft Living Ladder Office Desk gives you a compact workspace that keeps everything within reach. The industrial style steel frame holds a worktop, smooth-glide drawer, and two oak veneer shelves, so there's room for folders, tech and documents without taking over a small room. The black steel ladder frame structure stands up to daily use while the wood effect finish adds warmth. The drawer has metal runners that glide smoothly when you're grabbing paperwork or supplies. It's narrow enough to fit into tight corners or against walls where wider desks won't.
Two fixed shelves sit above the worktop, keeping books, devices or storage boxes at eye level. The frame supports up to 100kg, so you can load it with equipment without worrying about stability. Wall-mounting is recommended for extra security, especially in homes with children. Arrives flat-packed with two people recommended for assembly. Clean desk
A surprisingly solid desk, easy to build and while it can fit a 24inch monitor, space will be tight so I don’t recommend it, go smaller. Inside of the drawer isn’t too tall at 5cm, 38.5cm deep and 67cm wide but it’s perfect for tucking away your laptop, keyboard, mouse and any other accessories you use.

Love my desk
It’s a nice desk and I’m very happy with it. The only issue is that I haven’t been able to get the push-to-open mechanism working properly. There’s a gap when the drawer is closed, which doesn’t look right.

Beautiful piece of furniture, fits perfectly in the area available for my work from home space , Easy enough to assemble , had one hiccup with the bolt securing one of the shelves when tightening the bolt it pulled the nut underneath into the wood and it split a little , may be a fault as all other joints were fine

Good for a small office space
I bought this a couple weeks ago to build in a smaller sized office at home. Very easy to build and once built is quite stable. The bottom shelf is quite high in comparison to a normal desk so some may find it is quite high for them. Would recommend checking dimension prior to purchase. .

Great desk - great value.
Great desk. Took a while to put together but the instructions are really clear. All the holes were in the right place and everything fit together great. Drawer is shallow but opens and closes fine. I was able to do it by myself. Looks fantastic. It’s sturdy and looks great, my son is really pleased with it.
