Detailed, fun and engaging
This is a really fun and engaging set and makes a welcome addition to the Lego Friends collection. It's quite a detailed build with areas worked separately and then connected together to create the complete beach vacation layout. If one older child or adult is building it themselves, I would allow up to 8 hours or so, depending on their proficiency with Lego, to complete it but the set is also really good for families or friends who enjoy building Lego together and this would reduce the overall build time. As is usual with Lego, the pieces are divided up into separate packs (in this case, 12) and there are 6 instruction books, helping to guide you through the build process. I like that they've changed to paper packs rather than plastic. The instruction books use pictorial instructions which are generally very clear to follow but I would like more colour accuracy in the diagrams as some looked a different colour to the actual colour of the pieces which was a little frustrating. Once completed, this is a great set with lots of areas of interest which encourage creative play. I like that it's not a static set, it's meant to be played with so children can use their imagination to create a variety of scenarios incorporating the figures and accessories included, but some parts of the build are more robust than others so some can break off during play and have to be rebuilt. Having a selection of figures with different accessories means this can be a great set for siblings or friends to play with together.

Lego Family Vacation Beach Resort
This large Lego set will keep the builder busy for hours. The instructions are easy and straight forward to follow, guiding the builder step by step. The set has 5 main areas that fit together to complete the resort as seen in the photos. I spent a whole day building this with my niece and she absolutely loves the set as there’s so many little things like slides, a till/shop area and a lounge area. I found building difficult at times with my chunky fingers trying to fit the more intricate pieces together, but it was easy enough for my 8 year old niece. This set gave us the opportunity to spend quality family time together and provided hours of enjoyment.

Brilliant
Wow! What a fantastic Lego set! My granddaughter and I started this today and what an epic set it is. Once you open the box all of the pieces are in separate paper bags (love this as it’s so eco friendly) labelled from 1-12. There is a separate parcel with all of the instruction booklets inside which are also labelled. We opened bag one and book one and got started and we absolutely loved it. The attention to detail is second to none and we were excited to finish bag one so we could get to bag two! There are so many pieces and so much fun to be had. Lego once again have excelled themselves. I will update once we are finished.

A great Lego set for all the family
I got this to build with my 2 adult sons and my 7 year old granddaughter who is a fan of Lego friends. The set is well made and easy to put together as all the bags are numbered with the parts you need and has a good set of instructions and accessories. The box also has a QR code you can scan which connects you to the Lego friends website where you can watch the series and play games to extend your play with the set.

Fun lego set
Me and my 9 year old daughter built this set, it was a really fun set to build and see come together. The instructions are really easy to follow and it looks great when its put together. My daughter loves all the different little areas and her favorite part is the turtle hidey hole. Theres multiple people and animals to play with and its kept my daughter going back to play with it.

Another amazing set from Lego. The detail always blows my daughters and I away, this is a large set with so many great features. Waterfall, slides and lots of characters to keep kids engaged for hours. This set was easy to build and the instructions are clear and concise. Following along was easy for my daughters.

Fun for all the family
Only just getting started on this Lego, but it’s started out one of the best we’ve built. The numbered bags seemed to be the perfect amount, before a small break for younger ones. As always, instructions are great and easy to follow. The accessories included are great and I’m certain my child is going to have many hours of fun once it’s built!

Perfect set! Hours of fun involved!
This Lego set is amazing! The attention to detail is perfect and the amount of accessories and people you get is beyond what I expected. They really did think of everything; flowers, baggage, stickers, stands, drinks, ice creams, roof… literally everything! Myself and my 2 daughters put the set together, one is 6 and the other is 12 and together we found it very straight forward. The bags are very clearly labelled, the instructions are numbered and easy to follow as it only does a few pieces at a time so no missing anything off and it tells you which bag and book you need. Honestly there is no going wrong with this Lego set. My 6 year old has had so much fun playing with this set since we put it together. The colours are bright and inviting, but matching the theme completely. As I would expect from Lego the set is of great quality! You also get a little tool in case you put any pieces in the wrong place which is very handy! We have a few Lego friends sets and my daughter has made a little town as much with all the sets we have so she loves playing with them all. The design is very good and I think they really have thought of everything! It’s definitely worth it for someone who enjoys Lego and loves the Lego friends! Would definitely recommend this set!

Large set, hours of fun!
As a Lego fan, I have to admit we spend countless hours building and reassembling sets, and this particular one has endless options for children (and adults) to be creative and be able to add as much or as little as they like. Mi children loved the little side slide, the sun loungers and all the details in this set which made it really special. Would recommend!
