Not for me...
Whilst the quality of this duvet far exceeds most others out there, I personally found it to be extremely warm,even though I purchased the 7 tog. Therefore for me it didn't regulate my temperature and I had a couple of disturbed nights before I gave up. Maybe its because I am used to having a down duvet which is what I'll be staying with in future.

I have four Breathe duvet (summer and winter) in my household - they are the best I have ever had! I suffer with arthritis and cannot take pressure on my feet and these duvet are so light I hardly know I have them on the bed. They are easy to wash and dry which is a big bonus too.

I love this duvet. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be used as a coverless duvet but I think it would be a shame to put a cover on it. It's light, cosy and inviting
