The item in question was alot smaller than shown on photos also there was a knot in chain which took me nearly an hour to undo and it didn't fit shame about the small size of chain really

Necklace very fine but knew that with reviews wasn't given a box had to ask for one and was told there wasn't one available even though it states it on product info . Had to buy one elsewhere

It's a shame the chain is to small to fit her neck
I bought this as a Christmas present for my girlfriend was disappointed how short the chain was it fitted like it was chocking her it feel a bit of a con so now for her to wear it I've now got to spend £69.99 on another chain so I think you do this to make customers to spend more money very disappointed with the item I bought.
