The clamshell design folds neatly into your pocket or bag, and the well-spaced, high-contrast keys make dialling and typing easy, even if your eyesight or dexterity isn't what it used to be. With a decent-sized screen, messages and contacts are clear and readable. Compact and lightweight enough to carry all day without noticing.
The 1150mAh battery keeps you connected for days, and Doro ClearSound technology ensures you hear every word clearly, even in noisy places. It's hearing aid compatible for extra reassurance. Shortcut keys provide quick access to favourite contacts, messages and the camera. Internal storage is expandable via microSD card for photos and contacts. The phone is shock resistant, has a headphone port for privacy, and includes Bluetooth. The box contains the phone, USB-C cable, and charging cradle. You'll need your own USB plug. It has a 1-year guarantee and runs on 4G networks with a nano SIM.

We purchased this item around Christmas time 2025. We had a problem with the sound and took it back to Argos. They replaced the phone with a new phone. We think the phone has a good layout with the buttons and the screen is a decent size. The connection is USB C which helps because that is one of the popular connection ports now. It also cuts down on the charging leads required. Our previous phone was a Doro and it lasted over ten years. Fingers crossed for this one.

Bought this lovely very easy to use phone for my 80 year old friend ! replacing her previous Doro which unfortunately had an accident in water whilst in Hospital, easy to use no fuss no problems changing the sim over, would definitely recommend.
