Rio Salon Pro Electric Nail File and Drill Bit Set

Great bit of kit.

I was pretty impressed opening it up as it had everything. Plenty of differant drill bits and then plenty of differant grit file heads. It is pretty simple to work and use. Although it did take ne a few moments to work out how to take the drill bit out. Once i figured it out thoigh it was so easy.

This was bought for my daughter She loves it Heavily into doing nails for herself and others she says it's the perfect tool for doing so Her only gripe as such is the high speed settings are way too fast

Neat professional product

A lovely set would make an ideal gift or a nice treat for yourself. Arrives in outer box with 3 boxes inside containing the tools, base unit, cable and the file itself ( no plug included, does come with a usb charger and a USB/type c adapter for charging). No excessive plastic waste, products are packaged in cardboard and parts/attachments are in 2 sturdy plastic storage containers. Quite a few tools included, a bit daunting at first unsure what each tool is for however this is explained in the instruction booklet. The file is very quiet when running. It is simple to increase/decrease the speed at the touch of a button, smooth speed changes. You can easily change between forward and reverse making doing left and right hand yourself very easy. I did find changing the tools tricky however I do have arthritic hands. Replacement parts/tools are available via the company website address provided within the instructions. Overall very neat professional product, very pleased.

Salon quality

Excellent file and drill. Super easy to use and control. Perfect size and not too heavy. Many good quality well designed tools to choose from for every need. Very easy to change heads but they remain secure and safe. Fast charging and long lasting with modern connections - you dont get a plug requires your own. Clear display and speed settings. Its also small and doesnt take up a huge amount of space. It has a stand for tool to remain upright. Very impressed

Great piece of kit!

Wow! Who needs a salon to get beautiful nails with this fancy kit! I have poor eyesight and tend to struggle to even cut my nails neatly, but not anymore! There are tools in this kit to do every conceivable thing - shaping, buffing and smoothing natural nails and false nails, removing acrylics, neatening cuticles and removing dead skin. The tools are easy to change, the machine itself is rechargeable so nice and portable and there are variable speeds so you can easily deal with fingers and toes. Its a well thought through little machine and i don't know what i ever did without it!

Amazing for home gels!

My Wife finally found a drill that doesn't stall! It cuts through builder gel easily and the battery seems to last forever (10+ hours). It comes with tons of bits, so you don't need to buy extras. Just be careful if you're a beginner because it is VERY powerful—start on the lowest speed. Highly recommend!

A professional style electric nail file

The Rio Salon Pro Electric Nail File and Drill Bit Set comes nicely packaged with everything you could possibly need to get a great finish to your nails. The set comprises of the base unit, the electric file, nail tools and different grade sanding bands. The file has a powerful 35,000rpm dual direction and low vibration motor suitable for working on acrylic and gel nails, and also nail profiling, callus and dead skin removal on both hands and feet. It has both forward and reverse as well as speed control and easy to change tool system. The base unit holds the file and also some of the tools for quick access. The file has a runtime of 12 hours and 4 hour charge time giving plenty of usage between charges. In use the file is an absolute pleasure to use, it’s quiet and very powerful with absolutely no slow down whatsoever, and just feels really nice to hold with a really good quality feel to it, even after prolonged use you don’t feel any hand fatigue. The file is great for finger nails but also great toe nails leaving a really nice smooth finish. One thing to note is that the file does take some getting used to, it’s very powerful so best to start on a low speed and work up to the higher speeds as needed, it does take a fair bit of practice but once you get the hang of it you really can get some good results. I own a very basic, cheap electric nail file and this file is on a whole different level in terms of quality and usability and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this as it really is a “pro”electric nail file, if your serious about doing your nails then you really should consider this. ‘

Versatile set for all your nail needs

It is great nail file set not only for proffesionals but to use at home. I paint my nails with gel nail polish at home so I used this nail file to remove the gel nail polish. It works very fast, you can adjust rotation speed to feel safe and in control not to damage nails. I used it to remove dead skinand cuticle around nails. Very good for shaping toenails which are too thick to cut off. No chipping. Another great feature is that you can change rotation direction to comfortably work on both hands for your self. Very low vibration even on higher speed. Good selection of tools, long battery life, easy operation. The set is a bit pricey but worth it!

A very versatile tool for all your nail needs

This is very versatile tool for all your nail needs. The whole package contains the tool itself and its power station (which the tool can be nicely positioned into when not in use) and 12 different types of heads for the tool, including 3 types of sanding bands for one of the tools (25 pieces of each type). The kit also includes a usb c charging cable for charging the power station/dock to power the tool. The tool itself is incredible and features a nice ergonomic feel when holding the device allowing for great control when shaping your nails. It features a great range of adjustable speeds allowing for precision work when needed. The vibration of the tool is very low to the point that it is barely noticeable. The 12 heads included feature a wide range of uses (see picture for a summary of each) including sanding, detailed work for cuticles, removal of nail polish and even the buffering/polishing of nails for a shiny finish. The buffering tool was a personal favourite of mine and dramatically changed the appearance of the nails on my toes. The sanding bands are also great for treating the skin of your feet. This is great for in house care of your nails but I imagine it would also be great for those who are learning or are in the business of beauty and shape nails for a living. The device boasts a huge 12 hours of run time which is more than you would need for any length of session. I highly recommend this to anyone who has an interest in nail care. A great product.
