The Nespresso CitiZ brings retro-modern style and capsule coffee expertise to your kitchen, delivering balanced espresso and lungo drinks at the touch of a button. This compact pod machine is designed for speed and simplicity. High-pressure brewing ensures rich crema on every cup, while rapid heat-up means you're never waiting long for your caffeine fix. Nespresso CitiZ - Just Get One
This was a Christmas gift for my wife and she loves it, going so far as to say it is probably one of the best presents I have ever bought her. Compact and easy to use, I bought the Nespresso Aeroccino separately to further improve the experience. Both are in use every day. I deliberately chose this model so avoid being locked into Nespresso's technology patent for the Vertuo system. Friends and neighbours wish they had done the same thing. Operation is simple. Water goes into the large capacity jug on the rear. In goes the capsule, water is pre-heated and there is your coffee. It generates a lovely crema on top and aroma in the kitchen, and the range of pod flavours is far greater than we would ever use.

I absolutely love it, coffee tastes so good, my only issue is with the tray that collects the used pods always seems to fall out of my hands when I remove it, spilling a little water everywhere but that might be because I haven’t learnt the knack of taking it out correctly 🤷🏼♀️

Love this coffee machine
Been waiting for a good while to get an nespresso machine within my budget, and when this came within my budget, I was very happy, makes an excellent cup of coffee and takes the original nespresso pods, machine is well made and easy to clean. The only negative I have is it’s quite loud in use, but most pod coffee machines are. Otherwise I’m very happy with my purchase

After no help from Argos regarding this query, I am posting to help other customers. I went ahead and purchased this product and I can confirm when you register your machine with Nespresso you will have the option if 2 offers. 150 of free coffee pods, which is divided into 25 pounds off each pod order. You must order 150 pods each order. The other offer is a few free pods, ice tray and iced coffee cup. I assume these offers have a cut-off date.
