Absolutely love it!! It is quite big but great for cooking breakfast for everyone in one go!! Heats up quickly, puts a little smile on my face watching eggs sizzle away. Very little oil is needed and the lid protects your kitchen surfaces from getting grease splash back, it comes off to clean. Easy to use and clean like most ninja products. Overall if you like grilling and having food cooked at the same time this is definately for you!!

Great Purchase
When purchasing the Sizzle Pro XL, I had fears of whether it would be too big or not. However, now that I've been using it for a couple of weeks, I can honestly say I wouldn't want it any smaller. I would have been disappointed with the smaller version. If anything, sometimes I wish it were bigger. My first meal on it consisted of 2 burgers, 2 sausages, mushrooms and onions. Since then, I have used it almost everyday. It is easy to clean, but does take quite a while to cool down. Would be perfect if there was a warming plate attached and maybe a half griddle, half flat plate option. I've only used the flat plate as I fear the grill plate would be more difficult to clean. Overall, it's a fantastic piece of equipment and I would highly recommend it.

The closed lid also adds extra ambient heat, which is great for melting cheese to achieve the perfect cheese toastie sandwich, cheeseburger, or café-style panino.
Yes, you can grill a spatchcock chicken on this grill. Use the grill plate, preheat to a high setting or set Custom Temp between 220 and 260 C, and cook with the lid closed for faster, more even results, or open if you prefer. Cook to 75 C in the thickest part. If your bird is very large, split it into halves so each half lies flat on the cooking surface.
