After needing to upgrade my old laptop for windows 11 I decided on this as the reviews seemed generally good . straight forward purchase from Argos was available when they said it would be & at a good price .only problem was getting it to look NJ with my HP printer but sorted out in the end ..very pleased so far

I am happy wiht my new purchase. Works well apart fromt he fan being so loud and the battery does not last 8 hours as per the description given. I hope that HP can update this feature to make it a bit quieter. it is so sleek, lightweight and fits in my handbag with no issues.

I purchased this after reading it had a back-lit, not happy that it doesnt have one. Can you return as the product is not as advertised ?
Please be aware. This item advertised as backlit, pressed all relevant keys. I can assure you this model does NOT have a backlit keyboard. FALSE ADVERTISING
