I bought this over and paid to get installed hot point came to wire it in but they did not do it my oven had a 13 amp plug I said way have you not got a duo connecter and 13 plug he said I don’t do that so was not happy I got a refund on my installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this Indesit oven for a while now and overall I’m really impressed. It heats up quickly and cooks food evenly which makes a big difference. The turn and go feature is especially handy for quick meals; taking the guesswork out of settings. Cleaning is fairly easy thanks to the smooth interior and it feels safe and reliable to use. The temperature control seems accurate and consistent. My only minor downside is that it can take a little time to fully cool down but that’s not a big issue. For the price, it offers great performance and convenience

Delivered from hotpoint

Lovely looking oven but the measurements are incorrect. The depth is 59cm and as I had a gas pipe to content with I had to return ( measurements listed state 55cm ) Returning to hotpoint was an absolute nightmare and I was left with the oven boxed in my living room for 11 days before collection, it would have been longer should I have not raised a complaint, if you foresee any issues or have to contact hotpoint for any reason I would avoid and purchase from Argos direct. Re delivery I did receive a tx message the day before providing a 4 hour time slot and it was delivered at 7.10 am ! The delivery chap wasn’t helpful and was happy to leave the oven just inside my front door. When I asked if he would move it into my kitchen he did so but was not happy about it.

Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really easy to install and great solid design. Reaches temperature quickly and cooks evenly. Really clear display and dial settings. Plug lead could be longer though but did reach in my case.

Excellent oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent electric oven by Indesit! It warms up quickly, it is easy to use and very easy to clean thanks to the click&clean - only two clicks to remove the inner glass. It is also spacious (66l capacity) and it comes with a fitted UK plug. The design is beautiful and modern too! It has 8 cooking functions - defrost, forced air, eco forced air, grill, turbo grill, freasy cook, keep&warm and turn&go. I would highly recommend this oven to everyone!

Great oven at a fab price, sleek and cooks well

Overall we’re pleased with this oven. Pros: • Quality value for money • Variety of programmes, but it takes time to learn how to use them • 3 shelves included so multiple dishes can be cooked at once • Easy installation – I love the plug-in • Super stylish, with clear modern display, handle of great design for small kitchens • It heats up quickly and cooks evenly, with little to none heat escaping Cons: • it doesn't 100% fit our IKEA kitchen cabinet, so we will need to get longer screws to secure it in place (the supplied screws are too short, and once fitted, you will see the screws through a gap). Perhaps redesigning the metal brackets at the back of the screws to sit flush against the cabinet edge should be considered • there's no bottom heating element • programmes icons are not very intuitive, so two months into using the oven, we still need to refer to the booklet as to what each icon does • no option to just switch on the light, you have to turn to a programme, without selecting any temperature, to switch the light • the sounds the oven makes when it heats up, or when the timer comes to end are exactly the same as our washing machine so we now get confused so to which appliance is making sounds • the knob indicators for selection of programmes and temperature only have an indentation, without any clearly visible marks, so when it’s dark, it’s hard to see what you’ve selected
