We are really happy with this microwave so far. The ceramic interior is a huge plus as it’s easy to clean and hopefully won't rust over time. It’s performing very well, and I especially love the deodorization button—a unique feature I've never had before that keeps everything smelling fresh! The only thing I am not keen on is the digital button for setting the cooking time but this is a minor issue.

Had this for a month nkw and it does what I expect. Very good purchase. The glass is a tad dark like some of the reviews suggest but ive never made an habit of putting my face near microwave with all the radiation in them anyway, so not a problem.

You dont have to use the 30 sec button to set the cooking times.
Just Select the appropriate power level by
pressing the Up or Down button. And then press the Select/Clock button. Set the cooking time by pressing the Up
or Down button.

Yes, you can set the defrost time yourself; by choosing the power level and the time you want to use it for.
There is a quick defrost option too,
The Quick Defrost features enable you to defrost meat, poultry, fish, frozen vegetable and frozen bread.
The defrost time and power level are set automatically.
You simply select the programme and the weight.

Once you unplug the mw you will have to reset the clock as it defaults to 12.00 on the 24h clock. If you dont need the clock just press eco bottom button..the clock disappears.

I can advise that, no you would not need to reset the microwave clock each time it is unplugged. You would only need to reset the clock on your microwave after you perform a hard reset.
