It's a Microwave
Bought, as my 35 yr. old Sanyo decided to pack up, this is easier to clean and the deodorisation feature is handy after re heating fish or a curry, but one thing I miss is a "boomerang turntable", funny how cutting edge technology from 40 Yrs. ago is forgotten.

The Samsung Black Microwave, cooks evenly, looks great and straight forward to operate once you get to know what button does what. Full instructions can be downloaded online, to aid this. Only drawback is cannot see food cooking inside, but we just open the door after a few mins to stir and visually check on food being cooked. I would recommend this item.

RELIABLE MICROWAVE & WELL DESIGNED
This is my second Samsung Microwave due to the older one not operating well now as was used on a daily basis for the last 4 years. I love the ceramic inside as it is easy to keep clean and the instructions and buttons are self-explantory as I have trouble with technology me being an older pensioner. Never had a problem with the cooking/heating side of things and the turntable was easy to keep clean. We had problems with using the defrosting buttons on the old one and just would not work at all. Our cover had run out on it as well. However, we are happy with a replacement. Regards Aileen

Overall review
I bought this a week ago and is working as intended. Heats up food very well. Comes with ceramic in the interior and is also sprayed to prevent the growth of bacteria which is good. However, instructions in the manual and on the front of the microwave could be clearer as it took a while to figure out how to operate the microwave in the most effecient/effective way. Microwave itself is heavy however the front door (with handle) feels very light and cheaply made compared to my old microwave.

From porridge in the morning,veggies at dinner and fish in the evening,this microwave delivers.There are 6 microwave levels 800 600 450 300 180 and 100.You can choose your cooking time in either 10 second increments,using the up and down buttons or 30 second increments using the +30s button.Simple to use,plenty of room for the larger plate and an easy clean interior.An added bonus is the deodoriser function,which comes in handy if you plan to use it for all your meals across the day!

Based on the product details, it will not fit. The microwave has a 28.8cm turntable, and a 12-inch dinner plate is about 30.5cm across. It also lists internal dimensions of H21.1 x W33 x D32.4cm, but the turntable is still the main limiting factor, so a 12-inch plate is unlikely to fit comfortably.
