Nice looking microwave with buttons making it easy
Excellent microwave, looks good, good size, the capacity is nice yet it does not take up as much space as I thought. It's very simple to use as it has button which are much nicer than the touch panels on other microwaves.

Very good product (4++ , nearly 'Excellent'). Only reason to stop short of 5 stars is a UX/UI design 'feature' which makes it less easy to use: black-on-black face signage and controls. Admittedly the text and icons for all buttons aren't exactly black (more like grey-ish, or 'darker shade of white') - but very poorly visible,especially in low light. Bright white or reflective silver might be better, ideally - backlit with LEDs? Come on, Samsung - you've won many design awards, this is way below the expectations you've set. Otherwise the appliance is solid as a tank and performs faultlessly. Functionality and features are sufficient (ample, for the price range). Even the all-black design is sleek, apart from the overlooked UX in the above rant. Great value for money, if it lasts as long as a previous Samsung I'm replacing (15 years is super ROI for the cost of several MacDonalds meals ;) ))

I bought this after checking prices and availability online from other outlets but Argos was the cheapest and it was available for immediate collection - exactly what customers want, ie. an amount of choice but specifications covered across the range of products rather than an exhaustive list.

Excellent quality
This was replacement really pleased. Slightly larger than old one great coz u can get bigger plates and containers. Ceramic interior easier to clean and more durable. Someone mentioned you can’t view interior due to dark glass. This is true but I don’t watch food cooking. Easy to use but it was difficult to download full instructions. Got there eventually
