Having checked I can see this is paint and primer combined so you will not need to prime the unit before painting.

The supplier has advised the following for the Rust-Oleum Chalky Furniture Paint 750ml - Chalk White:
"The Rust-Oleum Chalky Furniture Paint is not suitable for spraying due to the high chalk content."
The supplier does advise that the Rust-Oleum Matt Furniture Paint 750ml - Chalk White, cat no: 284/9166, is suitable for spraying though.
"The Matt Furniture Paint is a durable matt finish but doesn’t need a top coat lacquer or wax as the Chalky Furniture Paint does. Please refer to the instructions on the back of can for how to apply using a sprayer."

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Rust-Oleum Chalky Furniture Paint 750ml - Chalk White: The Rust-Oleum Chalky Furniture Paint is not suitable for radiators as it cannot be used on high temperature surfaces.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: I can confirm that the Rust-Oleum Chalky Furniture Paint is intended for use on normal paintable items such as suitably prepared timber or metal, we have not tested the product on fabric and would not expect it to perform well therefore would not recommend it for this application.
