I bought this for its capacity as I like to bulk cook meals to freeze, example stews, curries. I also cook a roast beef joint in it, I've never had such tender beef. I would definitely recommend this.

I bought this slow cooker for my son recently. He has only cooked with it once so far, but says he is thrilled! I advise that the "high" setting will sear meat, however it would be much faster to sear it beforehand in a frying pan etc and place it into the slow cooker.
