Disappointing service
This was a Christmas present so I have not unwrapped it to check the quality. I was annoyed that my local store (Yeovil) did not have it in stock so my daughter had to order it online and arrange a local collection point. Not good enough for elderly customers who are used to shopping in stores and may not have access to the internet.
