About this product
Osmo 360 is DJI's first camera to offer native 8K/30fps 360-degree video with large 2.4nm pixels. With an impressive 13.5 stops of dynamic range, it captures sharp, vibrant footage, even in high-contrast scenes like city nights or during sunrise and sunset. And with support for ultra-high-spec 8K/50fps 360-degree video, Osmo 360 sets a new standard for 360-degree cameras.
Capture every split-second in stunning detail with Osmo 360's high-frame-rate 4K/100fps 360-degree video. Enjoy ultra-smooth, fluid visuals, and unlock up to 4x slow motion to make those fleeting, awe-inspiring moments last even longer.
With Selfie Mode, you can export wide-angle videos with the invisible selfie stick effect, choose from 4K/60fps, 3K/120fps, or 2K/240fps. Whether you're after ultra-smooth, high-frame-rate selfies or stunning slow-motion shots, every moment truly stands out.
Every video format on Osmo 360 supports 10-bit colour depth, capturing over a billion colours for incredibly rich and lifelike footage. Switch to D-Log M mode to unlock an even wider dynamic range, preserving more detail in both highlights and shadows. This gives you greater flexibility and opens up endless creative possibilities.
The innovative square sensor design enables dual 1-inch 360-degree image fields, while the large f/1.9 aperture increases light intake. Even in low-light settings, you'll capture crisp, detailed footage with flagship-level quality. Activate SuperNight mode to reveal every nuance of the night and bring breathtaking nighttime scenes to life.

Dji osmo 360
Good quality camera. Need to get use to editing in 360. Gets very hot when recording in 360.

Excellent camera but needs a few Firmware tweaks
Putting my cards on the table - I am a DJI fan. I have owned all their action cameras, all their Pocket series cameras, all their Mini series drones, and the Air 3S. So I am a very experienced user of DJI products and know what to expect from a videography and photography point of view. I have also been using this camera every day for the last 2 weeks. This is the first 360 camera I have used in 5 years. And my first impressions are - it is excellent. Yes, there a few things that need sorting out but the DJI pedigree is clear to see despite this being their first 360 camera. The form factor is very small - much smaller than I was expecting. The build is top notch. The camera menu is intuitive and very easy to use, and if you have used DJI action cameras you will be able to use this camera within seconds. There has been some concern expressed on YouTube that the lenses cannot be replaced by the user. So What. You will just have to be careful. If you are going to use the camera when there is a risk of the lenses being damaged buy the transparent lens protectors. I have them already. They only cost £10.99 from DJI. DJI also offer a very cheap lens repair service if you damage them. Fitting the lens protectors to the camera make no difference to the quality of the video, but just be aware that in bright sunlight you can get some weird lens flares. The camera has many different modes. I won't list them here as you can read all about in on the DJI website and there are lots of helpful videos on YouTube. But I do want to talk about a few modes. The 8k panoramic video mode is my favourite. There are two 10-bit video settings - Normal and D Log M. Normal is a bit pants IMO but can be rectified with a firmware update. It is over-saturated, over-sharpened, and too noisy. However, the D Log M 10-bit video is astonishingly good - probably the best I have seen from any DJI camera. There is a 'selfie' video mode which is excellent if you take 9:16 video and post to social media. But if you want to use this mode and post to something like YouTube in 16:9 format, be aware that the video crops in so much that invariably the top of your head gets chopped off. I am sure this can be fixed with a firmware update. The final mode I wanted to mention is the 360 degree panoramic photo mode which takes pictures at 120MP. Sounds great on paper, but it is a very niche feature. Unless you use virtual reality goggles to review the photos you take in this mode I don't really see what utility it has - but I am sure there are people out there more creative than me who will make use of it. As with any new camera release, the talk online is of overheating. I groan every time I see these click baiting reviews because the reality is that if you use the Osmo 360 as the designers intended it won't overheat. I have been testing the camera outdoors extensively for the last 2 weeks and not had any overheating issues. So would I recommend this camera - absolutely, no hesitation. It is fun, flexible, and compared to the competition very good value for money IMO.
