My go to exercise helpers
I was diagnosed with an arthritic shoulder and advised by a Physio I needed to strengthen the muscles in my upper arms. I used cans of beans to lift and strengthen my muscles but these weren’t easy to hold. The grip length is in the range 11.0 cm to 11.5 cm, the vagueness is due to the radius at the ends of the grip region.
