Bought these cordless phones for Mother in law, to replace a tired budget set. These new phones are much better: 1) To set up. 2) To use 3) Much better reception & to hear. I bought these to replace my previous Panasonic cordless phones. Lovely phones easy to set up. I put all my contacts into one phone and they automatically went to the second phone. Set times and date on one phone and that went to second one.

The details from the brand advise:
All of our units are not compatible with the new VoIP technology but can work for the new Digital line setup by using an adaptor from the provider.
- Based on the provider's setup the unit can receive the digital signal the provider uses if the signal is being sent over the old Analogue line (Copper wires).
- If the Digital signal is being sent over the new Digital lines (Fiber lines) the unit will not be able to work.
