This was a replacement for the same model that I had had for a long time. I had some trouble finding it as most similar phones had features I didn't want or were more expensive. This was the same as my old one, easy to set up, came with a clear instruction leaflet, easy to use with clear easy to see letters and numbers, good price and fast delivery. I am thinking of buying another one so that when it eventually needs replacing I wont have to buy one that I don't want.

Replacement Phone
I bought this phone with answer machine as a replacement for our old one. Love the fact it can block nuisance calls. Already has a default voice recorded for the answer machine which is a plus. We found it easy to use and it has good volume especially as I'm hard of hearing.

Recently needed to replace our old Panasonic cordless house phones ( which were great) these new ones have taken a little getting used to (slightly different menu etc!) , but all in all I’m very pleased with them.

Using a touch-tone phone, you can call your phone number from outside and access the unit to listen to messages or change answering system settings. The unit’s voice guidance prompts you to press certain dial keys to perform different operations.
A 3-digit remote access code must be entered when operating the answering system remotely. This code prevents unauthorized parties from listening to your messages remotely. To prevent unauthorized access to this product, we recommend that you regularly change the remote code.

The details from the brand advise:
All of our units are not compatible with the new VoIP technology but can work for the new Digital line setup by using an adaptor from the provider.
- Based on the provider's setup the unit can receive the digital signal the provider uses if the signal is being sent over the old Analogue line (Copper wires).
- If the Digital signal is being sent over the new Digital lines (Fiber lines) the unit will not be able to work.
