About this product
The Habitat Stanley Fabric Sofa Bed provides seating, sleeping space, and storage in one piece, ideal for smaller homes or guest rooms. It's a three-seater sofa for lounging, with a pull-out mechanism that turns it into a recliner. Fully pulled out, it becomes a small double bed for guests, no separate mattress needed. A long shelf across the back suits books, plants or displays. The navy blue jumbo cord fabric is soft and resists wear and scuffs. Fixed seats use pocket sprung foam that keeps shape and supports you properly.
The upholstery wipes clean with a damp cloth, so spills and marks sort themselves out quickly. Removable cushions have foam fibre wrap filling that you can plump regularly to keep them looking fresh. The sleeping area gives you proper room to stretch out, suitable for occasional guest use. Plastic feet keep it stable and lift the frame slightly off the floor. Maximum user weight is 110kg per person, so it's built to handle regular use. Arrives in two parcels with self-assembly required, all the instructions and fixings are included. Covered by a two-year guarantee from the manufacturer.

Serious build quality problems and assembly defect
Very poor quality. I received three sofas between January and March, each with serious manufacturing defects. • 19 January: First sofa delivered – no holes for the legs, impossible to assemble. • 24 January: Second sofa delivered – still missing the required holes. The internal support beam was also broken. • 18 February: Holes were drilled, but the structure remained faulty. • 22 February: Third sofa delivered – again missing holes, and the support beam broke after two days. • 4 March: Sofa finally collected after multiple failed deliveries. Three sofas all had structural or assembly defects. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this sofa.

Comfortable and nice but not sturdy
Nice looking sofa and quite comfortable compared to the usual standard sofa bed. Not great if it’s placed not against the wall as the frame moves quite a lot.

Very comfy
The sofa arrived with a small black stain on seating. Its much wider than i imagined but also more comfortable than i thought it would be, its deffinitaly a bounce back sofa sprung with decent mattress. Love the fact I van either have it as normal sofa or a corner one. I went for beige but it looks much more like light gray. Enough room for fanily of 3 l! All in all happy with mu purchase and cant fault the delivery

I bought this sofa bed a month ago and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money .. so found this on offer… it’s huge it says 3 seater but you could sit 4 adults easily or 5 children…. It’s firm but comfortable…. I was worried about the color and staining but iv put a throw on just in case …… the bed size is massive when open it’s definitely a small double but comfortable for sleeping…… I love it and I’m so happy I chose it …….easy to assemble and did it by myself.

Fantastic sofa bed
I love this sofa bed. It's so simple. It looks so stylish. It's a shame they only do it in Natural or Blue. Would love it in cream or brown.

Good value but looks unusual
Comfy as sofa and bed. Easy to set up (1 hour, 2 people) apart from screwing in 2 roller feet (drill required). Can switch wide and short sides easily to set up other way round. Would be better if it came in other colours and fabrics but its inoffensive and hard wearing. Main issue is it's proportions, it sticks out an extra 0.5m into the room than a usual sofa so looks a bit unusual.

Good sofa
Good sofa but it wasn’t as easy to assemble. It was not easy to screw in the wheels. We had to create the hole and you definitely need a drill.

The base remains stationary until you lift it up and pull the base forward. The wheels are only on the back of the sofa bed.
