Buying this phone found it was perfect for my requirement, the charge pod was a great idea save having to plug a cable into it. Think it should last as long as I need it to do, also very easy to use. Keyboard nice and big too for my older fingers.

I bought this for an elderly relative ('upgrade' from a 7030). The phone initially kept failing to recognise the SIM (which was the correct size). Took it back and had a no-fuss and excellent exchange experience. Staff very helpful. This one worked perfectly well. Much better texting processes than the older Doros - which are awful. Overall very happy.

Easy to use phone.
Purchased for a silver surfer aunty as these phones are easy to understand, and use with a good display. Slightly disappointed it did not come with a charger, this is not an issue for me but for an older person it is a further inconvenience. We have Europe to thank for that!!

I bought this for my 79 year old mum. Its easy to use and has a good display and very good battery life. It also connects to the Internet to give the weather. Seems durable I guess time will tell. It also docks to be charged providing a case isnt being used. The phone is sim free even though its been sold by Vodafone.

The battery doesn't last as long as the last phone my husband had so he has to keep checking if it needs a charge. Other than that it's quite straightforward and just what he wanted; phone, text, photos and NO Internet etc. Simples.

The supplier has advised for the Vodafone Doro Leva L30 Mobile Phone - Graphite and White: Yes, you can use your existing Tesco SIM in the Leva L30 and keep their existing number.
Contacts: This depends on where the contacts are currently stored. If they are saved on the SIM, they can be available/imported on the Leva L30. If they are saved only to the Doro 6820's phone memory, simply moving the SIM will not automatically transfer them. The L30 has its own Contacts functionality.
