Does what it says on the box
It's a very basic phone, just right for an older person who just does the occasional text and calls has a camera but can't see her ever using it!

Overall good for older person
Bought for hubby as old doro screen was not good. Needed for emergency only. Good volume level for someone hard of hearing. Bit heavier than previous one and needs charging more often even though not used.

Great easy to use flip mobile
I bought this on behalf of a pensioner who need to upgrade phone to 4g and so far she loves it, it has a louder speaker than old model, she find it just as easy to use, with large writing to help find contact. Also got for a great price, bought this one as was Vodafone but that was not needed , and the mobile was unlocked to any network, saving some money agains the unlocked version.

Brilliant phone nice and bright easy to read and use, great to have the time displayed on the front. Only downside it only comes with a usbc cable had to buy a mains adapter for the dock and to charge phone. Still would highly recommend.

If same as previous models, it can be set to open on Flip in Settings if not already configured out the box. Select MENU. SETTINGS. CALLS. ANSWER MODE. OPEN TO ANSWER.
