Easy to use phone.
Purchased for a silver surfer aunty as these phones are easy to understand, and use with a good display. Slightly disappointed it did not come with a charger, this is not an issue for me but for an older person it is a further inconvenience. We have Europe to thank for that!!

Good phone for older generation
I bought this for my 79 year old mum. Its easy to use and has a good display and very good battery life. It also connects to the Internet to give the weather. Seems durable I guess time will tell. It also docks to be charged providing a case isnt being used. The phone is sim free even though its been sold by Vodafone.

The battery doesn't last as long as the last phone my husband had so he has to keep checking if it needs a charge. Other than that it's quite straightforward and just what he wanted; phone, text, photos and NO Internet etc. Simples.

So simple to use
Bought this for my husband as an emergency phone, he is 87 and has not coped with other basic phones. We would heartily recommend this phone within the limited features which he uses. Being flip, he can put it in his pocket without accidentally dialling. Answering and disconnecting calls is simplicity itself, just flip it open or close it. Finally to contact me, all he needs to do is press the assistance button. I get the call plus a tx if I don't answer, it even sends me his location. Haven't tried any other features but if this suits - go for it!

Good phone if not a little complicated for OAP's
Purchased for my 91 yr old father, Unfortunately he still struggles with getting use to it. Theres a few too many steps to send a text message. The phone itself seem good VFM and only time will tell if he gets use to using it
