[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is good, but the controls are really difficult to use. The TV is trying to be too smart, not designed to be used when you just want to use it as a TV for terrestrial channels first. On initial turn on, you have to go into the main menu to select live TV, it doesn't just go straight there. There is a button for netflix, prime, AI, etc but not TV!

The customer can select channels by either going into the TV guide or by pressing the numbers on the remote for the specific channel. The TV would need to connect directly to either aerial or satellite, rather than connected via a set top box.
