I bought this a month ago and am so happy I did as the picture clarity is so much better than the entry level LG Televisions. An easy to use remote control with all the smart features that are easy to navigate.

I had to dig into the sub-menus to enable it to default to the previous input on startup (rather than the home hub) and the AI features are quite unnecessary. But on the whole, I would recommend this TV.

I have it connected to an old LG soundbar, but the tv speakers are fantastic just on their own if you don’t have a soundbar. The AI assistant helps you pick the perfect screen colour / resolution etc. and the 4K screen is sharp and vibrant. So much better than the Samsung it replaced after it quit working at less than 3 years old. I definitely should have stayed with LG!

Great TV, but can take time to load

Just my Opinion
simple to set up, main screen is a bit confusing until you get used to it. Would not work with an old panasonic home theater system so had to buy a new soundbar. Mouse thing a bit scatty but I guess you get used to it over time. Picture Good but not the best say 8 out of 10 would i buy it again probably not.

The TV has a built in open source Satellite tuner meaning it can pick up any satellite channels in the area. If the customer is in a FreeSat area then it should be able to pick it up.
