The JBL Wave Flex 2 earbuds are designed for anyone who wants powerful sound and flexibility throughout their day. Whether heading to the gym, commuting or taking calls, these true wireless earbuds deliver JBL Pure Bass sound through 12mm drivers, making your music feel deep and full. Active noise cancellation blocks distractions, while Smart Ambient technology lets you tune back into surroundings when needed. Four microphones ensure clear voice calls, and the IP54 rating means they handle dust, sweat and splashes without missing a beat.
You get up to 40 hours of total playback with the charging case, and speed charging gives you a quick boost when you're running low. Multipoint connection lets you switch between your laptop and mobile seamlessly, and Bluetooth 5.3 keeps the connection stable up to 10m. Touch controls on the earbuds let you manage playback and calls without reaching for your device, and the JBL Headphones app lets you customise your sound. The earbuds come with silicon ear tips for a comfortable fit, a charging case, and a Type-C USB charging cable. Full charging takes around 2 hours.

Poor Sound Quality
I’ve been using these headphones for a few weeks now. They’re ok for the price but the sound is very quiet, I always have to have it on the loudest setting. In the gym, I basically can’t hear my music as you can hear all background noise. My partner has said they cannot hear me when they call me because the background noise takes over so I have to take them out to talk to her which is frustrating. They’re ok for the price but I’m going to have to purchase a different brands headphones that are better suited to my needs.

Thank you for your inquiry. The JBL Wave Flex 2 earbuds will charge when placed inside the charging case. When the earbud indicator blinks white, it means they are charging. If the indicator shows a solid white light, it means the earbuds are fully charged. When the charging case is plugged into a power source, a blinking red, orange, or green light indicates that the case is charging. Once the indicator turns off, the charging case is fully charged.

However, we cannot guarantee that extremely loud background noises will be fully filtered out, you may still hear a little noise if the sound is too loud. The noise-canceling feature is also available during calls, ensuring clear sound even when walking through a busy park on a windy day.
Yes. Our JBL Wave Flex 2 supports Mono Mode, where you can use one earbud while the other is in the case.
