[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how gentle these are on your hair even though they get very hot, picture shows how shiny it made my hair, as straightners i love them and will use as my main ones however the dry to straight function takes too long for me as i have muscle fatigueand they are heavier than other straightners but i believe they will be great for others.

Game changer

The settings are perfect and it feels lovely to hold. I honestly am in love with it and use it every day. Design is just perfect

Takes time to get use to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love anything Remington. This however took alot more getting use to. I felt it took a long time to dry and straighten the hair. I had let my hair naturaly fry for quite sometime time so it was slight damp if not dry and it still was time consuming. I still love Remington and sweat by their other products but this didn't do it for me.

Not Good For Thick Hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had quite high expectations of this product but unfortunately I was very disappointed! The wet mode is very poor if you have thick hair, the drying function sounds so weak like a travel hairdryer. It was taking ages to dry my hair only in small sections, so in the end I had to give up and use my hair dryer. I then tried the finishing mode where the plates heat up but the dryer element stays on but with reduced air. I really didn’t feel the need for the noisy dryer to still be on when I was essentially just straightening my hair. I did however find the plates hot enough and nice and wide for my thick, long hair. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone with thick hair, it would maybe work better and quicker for someone with thinner hair.

Unnecessary gadget

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sooo excited when I got this straightener but the longer I have it the more I think it's just another unnecessary gadget. It performs well and does what it supposed to do but way too slow. It's great that I don't need to dry my hair so I thought it would be great when I'm in the rush but that's not the case. It takes AGES to dry my thick hair. I would recommend it though, for someone who has a time and wants straight but not flat hair. It straighten the hair well without compromising on volume but I don't normally have a time for this so I just use my regular straightener.

Brilliant straightener for fraction of the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for weeks now and it has been brilliant. You can straighten your hair whilst damp or dry. So easy to use and my hair feels in great shape and condition after using it’s it doesn’t feel dry or damaged. It does take time to dry and straighten that is my option downside I could say but overall brilliant product. Very reasonable priced and does what it says. It is not heavy and cable is very long so handy if your socket is far away from your mirror. Is is very durable and safe. I have peace of mind it will not over heat. The plates are big so you can do big sections of your hair. My hair feels great and doesn’t look dry. I loved this product and I would highly recommend this.
