Good buds.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who is always on the lookout for good earbuds, these were good. They fit well in the ears but sometimes they did slip out but changing the size of the Lovering seemed to make it better. Sound was amazing, could have it as high as you wanted without it troubling anyone else and it kept the noise from outside hitting your ears while listening to music.

Disappointing Volume Jumps
I bought these open-ear earbuds last month. The sound quality is decent and relatively balanced for most music genres. However, I was disappointed by the flawed volume control. I tested them on a range of devices, including the latest iPhone, iPad, Google Pixel, and a Mac, and the issue was consistent across all of them. The volume jumps are too large; one level is either too quiet to hear, while the next is uncomfortably loud, posing a potential risk for long-term hearing damage. This is a surprising engineering oversight from Sennheiser. I ended up throwing them out and will likely not purchase from the brand again.

Excellent product
Needed to replace ageing Apple AirPods so bought these as I’ve had various Sennheiser corded earbuds in past and been very happy with the sound quality and these have not disappointed and are a fair bit cheaper than the equivalent AirPods in these times of austerity.

Great audio but bad quality product.
I brought these ear phones only a few months ago and I've loved them since but now I only have 1 working earphone. The other barely ever works and when it does it can easily stop working from a slight shift. Very disappointed that these were not built to last.

So uncomfortable to wear, constantly fall out
The found is fine but these are a horrible design and have left my ears with painful bumps from wear. Argos won’t even accept returns unless faulty which is ridiculous as how are you to know if headphones would fit? Honestly - avoid these. They suck!! Constantly falling out, painful, average sound quality for the price point.
