I bought this for my father who has Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s as he wasn’t able to use the touch screen mobile he had. This was an instant success we just programmed in the numbers he needed, easy to answer and finish red and green buttons, docking station makes charging easy for him as doesn’t need to struggle to put cable in.

Good for making phone calls when it's working
It worked for about 6 phone calls and for setting up the phone but a few weeks ago it wasn't turning on and on the following day started but then showed an error message in the top left hand corner of 'Searching for the network', and then the phone turned itself off after about 6/7 seconds. It's now back working but the phone seems to be of poor quality and i'm not sure it will last.

Open Messages → New message
When the cursor is in the text field, press the # key
This cycles through input modes (Predictive / ABC / abc / 123)
Select ABC or abc to type letters normally without prediction.
