Missing part, poor customer service
Couldn't complete the build of the bed due to missing part. Had to sleep on the floor whilst waiting another week for it to arrive! Why aren't boxes checked thoroughly for all parts before they leave the warehouse. Very poor customer service!

Attractive bed
Lovely bed. Having read reviews I knew to look in headboard for parts & the bed went together well in about 2.5 hours. What was not clear was the width of the bed. It states 155cm. This is the headboard width not the bed base which is the standard 145 for a double. Rookie error perhaps.

Great bed!
Put together about a month ago and still really happy with the bed. I was able to assemble it within a couple of hours on my own (however it advises a 2 person assembly). Straightforward and all the screws are easily identifiable. It come with the tools you need too. Sturdy bed, beautiful material and ottoman lift of the matress is strong. I had measured it beforehand to know it would fit where I wanted it. I was aware of how low it was...but in reality, it has taken a little getting used too! Really pleased with the purchase, would recommend.

This will fit a standard UK double sized mattress, there will be gaps around the mattress due to the ottoman design. This may be why it looks like the mattress isn't the correct size.

Apologies, no, this wouldn't be with the guarantee as it's made not to the spec that the manufacturer has stated. All safety testing will be void as well if you place castors on the bottom.
