Loading time bit slow
It’s okay not bad but it takes time to load etc on the app. My Internet on my phone is excellent so I don’t know why he’s doing this. It says you need to buy the subscription or something like that to make it faster.

Really pleased with the quality of the camera
Bell is nice and loud, and the camera quality is really good. I was dubious initially as never heard of the make but I'm really impressed and wouldn't hesitate using this brand again. Extremely pleased with this.

Surprisingly good for peace of mind
I was pestered into video doorbell. Wasn’t a fan, however now that it’s installed the peace of mind I have is quite the surprise. The set up was very straightforward. Once you’ve set up the video doorbell the instructions are clear. Fixing the wired doorbell outside wasn’t as straightforward. As I don’t have a current suitable wired doorbell to utilise the fixings from, I had to drill it to the outside, ensuring I had a hole through the wall to thread the lead through so I could plug it in. It comes with a very long lead so plenty of positions to choose from. We’ve fixed ours to the door frame, just so I didn’t need to drill through the entire wall. It was fiddly and frustrating. No fault of video doorbell. But should I need another in the future I wouldn’t opt for wired. Once we set up the app, it was plain sailing. The app initially looks complicated but after a short while is easy to navigate. I have alerts when someone’s at the door and I can set a distance so it’s not going off when people walk past. It has a good clear view and excellent sound quality. Even in the dark I can clearly see who’s at the door, the gate and approaching the drive if I wish. It’s quite addictive checking it. And it can be used without a subscription. I’ve now been converted and am pleased I have it.

Great bit of kit be beware it runs on mains!
This is a really useful peice of kit, however do be prepared it needs power and doesnt run on battery. I really like it, the chime is pleasant and the picture quality is good. The instuctions are a little dubious and took a bit of guesswork as they miss little steps out so it took my a while to figure how it worked. My biggest bug bear is the fact it has to be constantly plugged in. Which is pain and not possible in my current house and therefore it is unusable for me.

Easy to set up, super clear, great peace of mind!
This has been a great addition to my house, it was really easy to set up and came with different parts to help you attach to the wall and different length wires to suit where you would be placing a plugging in. The video is very clear and it gives me great peace of mind when it send me an alert if there’s movement or a person outside. The sound is very clear when looking on the app. It’s also great that you can link it to your Alexa, my Alexa tells me when there’s someone at the door and I can look at the camera video from my echo show which is super handy!

Needed extra equipment to work
I was unable to test this product to see if it worked. When I opened the product there were no instructions, just a QR code. When using the QR code it took me to instructions that were not this product, so I had to search the site to find the correct one. Reading through the set up instructions it became clear that you needed to purchase another product to connect the unit to, and involved drilling through external walls to run the wiring into the house. The wires provided were not a sufficient length to reach from where you would normally place this device to any plug socket.

Works great, could do with more instructions
This works really well, after a long attempt of setting up. The connection was a real struggle as there is about one line of english instructions. Had to google what to do along with using the barcode scanner. So minus the set up. It works well and i love mine.

Extra security
I think the reolink doorbell is a great doorbell camera.Setting up the doorbell was pretty straightforward and it comes with a doorbell chime that is loud and easy to hear around the house. Great daytime image quality. The Reolink app was super responsive and I received person alerts within seconds of the doorbell detecting a person or someone pressing the doorbell button. Cons: No noice reduction settings .
