About this product
The Karcher KWD 3 S Anniversary is a wet and dry vacuum that tackles jobs too tough for your indoor cleaner. It's built for heavy-duty cleaning in the car, garage and garden, handling everything from light dust and pet hair to heavy rubble and spills. The 1000w motor produces 230AW of suction power, and it's designed to take on stubborn messes most vacuums wouldn't manage.
The 17l stainless steel container handles the biggest jobs, and the HEPA filter traps small particles and pet dander, ideal for allergy sufferers. The washable filter rinses out to keep suction strong. It includes a cartridge filter, four fleece filter bags, a car nozzle, crevice nozzle, combination floor nozzle, and an adjustable floorhead that switches between carpets and hard floors. At 74dB, it's quieter than most heavy-duty vacuums and runs on 240 volts. Works on carpets, deep pile, wool, hard floors, laminate, upholstery and stairs.

Hardwood floors a dream
Bought this vacuum, two things I’m not happy with the plug in cord is not that long. Also doesn’t glide over carpeted floors like I was informed it would. On a positive note suction is excellent, first class on hardwood floors and can reach high up cobwebs. Works well on front door coir matting. Light weight so easy to manoeuvre so decided to keep to do the hardwood floor areas and keep my upright for the carpet areas.

I’ve been using the Karcher KWD 3 Anniversary Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner for over 6 months now, and I’m really happy with it. It’s super quick to set up and start working right out of the box. The suction power is awesome, making it easy to clean everything from carpets to soft furniture. I also love the huge bag capacity, and getting 3 extra replacement bags as a bonus was a great touch. Plus, the set of handy brushes is perfect for getting into all those tricky, hard-to-reach spots.

Have been using it for work ( car glass technician ) and this thing has been AMAZING! great suction. Easy to clean and when empty, it is love and light! Capacity is absolutely brilliant. Holds plenty! Also is not loud at all!. Would highly recommend!

The machine includes a switchable floor nozzle specifically designed to transition between hard floors and carpets. However, please keep in mind the following
Dry Vacuuming: Always ensure the fleece filter bag is installed when vacuuming dry carpets to maintain maximum suction and protect the motor.
Wet Spills: It is perfect for sucking up liquid spills, but please remove the filter bag before doing so.
Deep Cleaning: Please note that while this has powerful suction, it is a vacuum cleaner and not a "carpet washer" (it does not spray water).
If you are looking for a machine that deep-cleans/washes carpets, you would need a Spray Extraction model like the SE 4.''

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Karcher KWD 3 S Anniversary Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner: It’s a wet & dry vacuum, meaning it can pick up dry debris, dust, and liquid spills.
It doesn’t have:
A spray extraction function (to inject water/detergent into carpet fibers)
A detergent tank
Or a carpet washing nozzle with spray jets, like you’d find on a dedicated Kärcher carpet cleaner (e.g. Kärcher SE 4001 or Puzzi models).
You can use it to vacuum up water from a carpet after a spill or accidental soaking.
But it won’t wash or deep clean carpets by injecting and extracting cleaning solution.
If you need to wash carpets:
You’d need a machine like:
Kärcher SE 4001 / SE 4002
Kärcher Puzzi 8/1 C (for professional use)
