It’s Ok hard to clean
Bought this last July and it was good to start off with. Being used for my Airbnb and although I clean after each changeover and a deep clean it’s becoming very difficult to get everything off to the point now the fan at the back is encrusted with burnt marks (really hard to get to this anyway). The upper inside body has become that bad that I can now not even clean this. It’s been spoiled to the point (starch) that it’s impossible to get out and it now smells when you are trying to cook. The plate coating has rusted. I never use or supply a product that scratches this to wash. I’ve checked online and because of the starch coating I’ve been advised not to use as it will be a fire hazard. I have been in touch with Tower with the pictures and am waiting for a response. I don’t recommend

Space saving and excellent cooking results
My first Air Fryer. Dual baskets are placed on top of each other; as a result, they do not dominate the kitchen service. Cooks really well, and the 2 baskets are ideal.

Brought last week , so far so good . Temperature is same . That’s bit confusing. But other than that it’s good . Saw lots of reviews on different air fryer companies took so long to decide shall I buy or not . Few people complained over heating and burning n smoke came out . But scary with kids at home . Broke within 5 days
Had it 5 days and had to return - the vent casing fell out while it was on. Went to try and fix it, only had 1 screw not 2 and it wasn’t screwed in in the first place!

Absolutely perfect. I have a small kitchen so space is limited this stacked tower is just right. its been used a lot even a 1.6 kg chicken fitted in and cooked really well just turning it over after 40 mins browned all over and as for the auto setting for various foods it works well. As with all things you have to use and make adjustments to suit your preferences which is easily done using the manual setting.

No. There are holes at the back of each drawer. Only dry food can be cooked. I cant cook a chicken because all the juices run out of the back. Also unable to use any container because it blocks the air flow.
No the drawers are not solid all the way round. The back part of the drawer is open with airholes. The fan is at the back and blows through the holes to cook. When I cooked a chicken and opened the drawer all the juices spilled out the back of the drawer into the unit.
