Convenient Cooking
This is the 4th purchase of an air fryer in 3 months and so so good. Cooks wel, functions easy to use and I love the sounds when setting m program or the end of a program.

Limited functionality
Limited functionality for example it is not possible to have both baskets working concurrently. I have already contacted Customer Service at Tower but they simply suggested returning the item which is very inconvenient. I will continue to use the item despite its limited range of options but overall I am very disappointed.

Great air fryer, slim double stack means uses less space. Tower is a very good manufacturer. Has easy to use digital controls. Cooks and crisps food nicely, recommend 👌

No the drawers are not solid all the way round. The back part of the drawer is open with airholes. The fan is at the back and blows through the holes to cook. When I cooked a chicken and opened the drawer all the juices spilled out the back of the drawer into the unit.
