Bought this 4 weeks ago and not really happy with performance. Fries have to be burnt before they get crispy. You have to keep checking the food as the time and temperature doesn’t seem to match??

Great Air Fryer!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first air fryer . Great air fryer..... so many to choose from but this one stood out. Nice to look at and love the programming panel. 11 litre capacity in two drawers gives great flexibility in cooking multiple items. Love the Match cook and smart cook so you can have everything ready at the same time. Easy to programme. Good results so far on the items i have cooked.

No. There are holes at the back of each drawer. Only dry food can be cooked. I cant cook a chicken because all the juices run out of the back. Also unable to use any container because it blocks the air flow.
No the drawers are not solid all the way round. The back part of the drawer is open with airholes. The fan is at the back and blows through the holes to cook. When I cooked a chicken and opened the drawer all the juices spilled out the back of the drawer into the unit.
