About this product
Ultrahuman Ring sizes are different from standard ring sizes, so it is important to size yourself before you purchase your Ultrahuman Ring Air Smart Ring. With an Ultrahuman Ring Air Sizing Kit purchase from Argos, you will receive a £10 redemption code on the box to use towards your purchase of an Ultrahuman Ring Air Smart Ring at checkout.
The Ultrahuman Ring AIR is your complete sleep and fitness tracker designed to slip onto your finger and disappear. This sleek gold smart ring monitors everything from sleep stages - REM, deep sleep, light sleep, and wakefulness - to all-day movement, heart rate, heart rate variability, and skin temperature. You'll get actionable insights that help you understand your circadian rhythm and improve your rest, while the Movement Index keeps you active throughout the day for better glucose metabolism and energy.
Track steps, workouts and calories with dedicated Workout Mode for heart rate monitoring during exercise. The ring measures stress by analysing variations in heart rate, heart rate variability, and resting heart rate against your circadian rhythm. It's water-resistant and swimproof, works with iOS 15 or later and Android 6 or later devices via Bluetooth 5, and delivers up to 6 days of battery life on a single 1.5-hour charge. The 24mAh battery is replaceable for long-term use. Includes wireless charging dock, Type C to Type C cable, and a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Good tracking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great device for those who are interested to track daily habits and especially when going to gym and tracking training goals. Can easily connect to my phone, easy to use when it comes to tracking heart rate, blood flow. Besides helps location capture and additional biomaker data. It's perfect tool to track your health and understand it's needs. Lightweight and great design

The best ring ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fit of this ring! They send you out a measuring ring size kit with multiple basic ones to test for a day to get the perfect fit! It tracks stress aswell as sleep and heart rates! I love the scoring system it does too! I never understood the value for money after testing this and it’s top of the marks

Great ring
Purchased this after my previous ring developed a fault. it was replaced but again, developed the same fault. (Not Ultrahuman). This ring is much better. Easy to read reports , different warning messages etc. Only 4 stars as the batter only lasts about 4-5 days

The ring looks great and is lightweight but sturdy. I am happy with the battery life, not had any issues with losing charge. Overall I highly recommend this, it helps with my motivation to get fit and healthy

Sleek & Fashionable Daily Health Tracker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been wearing this ring daily for the last month and it has become my new favourite health tracker. I mainly use it for sleep tracking as wearing my Apple Watch to bed was cumbersome. It is very comfortable throughout the day and due to the friendly ring sizing guide you get before the ring, is a perfect fit, battery life is great with several modes to choose from and is very durable for everyday use. If, like me, you are a gym goer or are very active with your hands, it would be best to buy a silicone protector for this as it will scratch under heavy use. The only negative with this ring is a potential flaw its long term functionality, when I first received the ring, it lasted less than 24 hours before it would no longer connect or charge. Upon reading online this is a very common issue with these. Support is not the quickest, with long time in between replies. After being told to try several troubleshooting methods including a 4 day battery drain, which did not work, I was sent a replacement. I was without a ring for over 2 weeks which was a little disappointing but the main thing is that the replacement is going on strong.

Insightful health data
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ultrahuman ring is available in multiple sizes, comfortable to wear and provides insightful health data. Available also in several different colours - although fairly similar.

Best sleep tracker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing the Ultrahuman Ring Air for a while now and I have to say it has completely changed the way I think about my health data. This has to be the best thing to exist for sleep and recovery data. It’s incredibly lightweight and slim and I honestly forget I'm even wearing it, which is crucial for a device you wear 24/7 and especially at night. It's so much more discreet and comfortable than a bulky smartwatch. The data it provides is fantastic. The best part is the sleep tracking and recovery insights. For me, seeing my sleep score and recovery metrics every morning has actually helped me stay active and make good choices to stay on track

Good looking, easy to set up
I bought this as a gift for my husband, he had it set up right away and it was very easy to setup and sync with his phone. It's a great product and looks very elegant. Will be able to track all activities, walking, at gym, swimming. My hubby is well taken on with the sleep tracking and analysis :)

Fitness ring helping individuals improve!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was curious to see how this ring would stack up after using apps to track my steps and fitness. To start, I received a fitting kit to ensure that my finger was the right size, which prevented any discomfort, and the ring appears to be well-made and water-resistant (based on showers and a month of use). The most helpful feature of the ring, which tracks my sleep and active hours, is the recommended caffeine windows and dosage to avoid disrupting my sleep. It also has a lot of other features, such as resting heart rate, and I would suggest this product to anyone who enjoys being active.

Really impressive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Air Ring for just over a month and I’m impressed. It’s light, comfortable, and I barely notice it’s there. The heart rate, sleep, and recovery tracking feel accurate even compared to my Apple Watch and the app is clean and easy to use. It’s held up well to daily wear and workouts with no scratches or issues. Not cheap, but great if you want discreet, reliable health tracking without a bulky watch ad fits really well.
