Buy a Samsung
I’ve left a one star rating because it wouldn’t let me leave a zero star rating . I started setting up the tv but before you can do anything you have to agree to all terms and conditions , easy right ? Apparently an issue with LG tv is that you can’t always get the terms and conditions page to load , so after nearly two hours of YouTube videos I finally got the terms and conditions page up . The fact there’s more than two hours of YouTube videos online should’ve been a red flag . Next to do was download the apps , that also wasn’t easy so beck to YouTube I went . After another half hour of videos I decided that I shouldn’t be doing this for a brand new tv out of the box . I put the useless tv back in its box and took it back to the shop . I paid an extra £30 for a Samsung tv which was an absolute dream to set up . I will never buy another LG product after this experience .

"This TV model comes with a stand rather than wall mount so the screws provided will be for the stand. If the customer wants purchase a separate wall mount then the screws required will be dependent of the type of wall mount they have, we do not provide these."
