Disappointing
Good picture but disappointed with not being able to use remote to access voice activation modes as I bought this for a family member who has learning difficulties and I hoped he could use it to find programmes instead of try to navigate the screen which he finds difficult! Bought both the Amazon magic remote and then the expensive genuine one neither work!!

Good value TV with a good features
We bought this to replace the last LG TV, which had died after about 9 years. This one has a good picture quality and has 2 USB outputs, optical sound output and 3 HDMI inputs. This has proved useful as: - the 'U' channel is no longer available on this newer TV (I think that the change in operating system means U hasn't made an app that works on it). We therefore have used our old Roku box to watch that channel. - we use a Neoteck HDMI Audio Extractor to feed the sound from optical out to our amplifier for a great stereo sound. Interestingly, we have to have sound set to both TV and optical out to hear - even though we have sound set to zero on the TV. Sound on the TV speakers is OK - but, of course, not much bass.

Jury is still out on whether this was a good buy
I bought this about three weeks ago. It was my first smart TV and a steep learning curve followed. There were no helpful printed instructions and online wasn't much help either unless I asked specific questions. I hoped to connect my hearing aids using Bluetooth but I still haven't managed to pair the two devices which is a disappointment. The picture and sound are fine. Connecting to use the streaming programmes is quite slow and clunky. Would I buy it again? Im not sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I read the remote has quite small buttons that don't react as definite as I'd like . Otherwise happy with the purchase. Easybto set up ....even for me...78 female😄

"This TV model comes with a stand rather than wall mount so the screws provided will be for the stand. If the customer wants purchase a separate wall mount then the screws required will be dependent of the type of wall mount they have, we do not provide these."
