This phone set is not as good as the previous model. The buttons are not precise they need a lot of effort to ensure that they work. The older phones worked better, buttons worked like a good button type of mobile phone.

I bought this phone to replace a quad phone which after many years had developed a problem. I'm happy with it but the user manual offers so much that I just have programmed and use what I need as a pensioner+. The clarity is good.

Only had these for a couple of weeks but they seem great. Easy to set up and working well. Printed instructions come with the set which was helpful. They look good too- so very happy so far.

It was slightly cheaper than the BT phones it replaced, but felt it. Bases even lighter, so phones fall out easily, sound slightly thinner, but all works OK.
