Fantastic looking detail!
Looking at this Lego set makes me forget it’s even Lego because of the great design in detailing and hiding the Lego studs. Definately a great purchase and at a great price!

Not for playing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BWT Alpine F1 Team A524 Race Car was an easy build as it only has about 200+ pieces and really clear straight forward instructions. The details on the pieces are very impressive and even comes with the little driver figureine. The only problem it has, is that it isn't really sturdy enough to play with so it's more for display which was disappointing as I was looking forward to playing with it, with the nephews. Would only recommend if you want to build and display it.

Clear instructions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little girls absolutely love Lego and to be able to test this was amazing. My children are aged 7 and 4 and with clear instructions and help from me they was able to build this with ease. The durability of the car once built is solid and hard wearing. The attention to detail is impressive.

Great product, poor service
The set is perfect. However I came to collect it and was handed the wrong set (an Aston Martin car instead). The assistant insisted that the only way for me to get the right one was for her to refund the order and for me to re-order it. I did that and came to pick it up the next day, only to be handed an Aston Martin car again. This time the manager overrode the system and handed me the correct set. Apparently they had been labelled with the wrong numbers from the warehouse. An understandable human error, but why on earth did it take two attempts and a manager’s intervention to resolve?

Fragile toy
This looks good when built and if you don't touch it, everything is fine. Unfortunately the build is not durable. Pieces fall off from the gentlest touch. My daughter couldn't even push it across a wooden floor without parts coming off. Avoid for anyone who wishes to actually play with the built lego.

Easy to build, love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my daughter absolutely loved building this.. the instructions are so easy to follow with the numbers on each bag of Lego that you need to open for each section. The wheels glide so easy across a smooth surface ( although it's for display and not play in my house) if only I could make it into my own life size race car :-) love it and want to buy more so I have the full collection.
