After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat 2 Tier Linen Mix Shade - Grey: the color is light grey for the 2 tier linen shade.

Having checked, this is designed for pendant lights only so the fixing ring is too far inside the shade to allow it to be fixed to a batten fitting.

The 2 Tier Linen Mix Shade has the following dimensions.
First tier shade: Diameter 35cm x H 13cm
Second Tier shade: Diameter 30cm x H 12cm

The framework is designed to hold a larger part at the top and a narrower part to be suspended lower in a tiered fashion.

The inner part of the ring does come off but I found the hole too big with it out but too small with it in, so am very confused!
