Great for shooting accuracy
Bought this for my 7 year old to challenge their shooting accuracy. Practiced for hours. No assembly was needed as it was 'pop up', the only issue is storing it or fitting it in the car if you want to take it to the park. It's light weight but secure once you use the ground pegs it comes with to weigh it down.

I had to contact the manufacturer to confirm and he replied
The Target Goal can absolutely be used on hard surfaces. It is designed to spring back up into shape if bent due to the force of the ball, but if not pegged down it would be free to move around, as would any goal.
