The Vileda 60m outdoor dryer has a 3 position handgrip for easy line tensioning. This durable steel dryer comes complete with both a plastic socket for installation in concrete or a ground spike for installation into soil. The 60m ready to use dryer also comes with 36 pegs, weather cover and peg bag. The dryer can be easily assembled by attaching the extension pole to the main part of the dryer. The dimensions when installed and open are 207cm wide x186cm high.

Washing Line
It does the job but is smaller than I’d imagined and fiddly to put up. It comes apart if taken out of the ground as the pole is in 2 pieces and it’s difficult to raise the line to a higher height. I needed it quick as it had a smaller pole size and didn’t have time to add another hole in the garden to accommodate the bigger one. It’s ok as a spare once I sort a larger one next spring.

Bought this to replace an old rotary line and it is proving to be very sturdy and easy to install. Two bases provided , choose from concrete or grass. It even comes with clothes pegs !

Poor quality
The airer could not achieve a sufficient tension I reached out to Vileda support for help but they did not respond. I returned it for a refund.

I have had this about a fortnight. I bought it as it seemed to have a large hanging space and fitted our ‘pole hole’. The washing lines are thinner than its predecessor and they are also quite loose, leaving the washing sagging. This may be because I find it impossible to get the rotary section above its first hole. It’s a shame as I thought Vileda was a quality brand.

Solid and plenty of space
This outdoor washing line is very robust and has plenty of space. It came with pegs and various parts to enable it being used on grass or other surfaces. It is well made and easy to use. It is robust and therefore very stable and slightly heavy. The lines are well placed so there is plenty of hanging room.

“ The Ground socket for the 60M 4 arm rotary weights weight is 42 grams. The rotary can be removed from the ground socket to be stored away when not in use. ”

Socket is very light. You can take the airer out of the socket when not in use.
What I have found however, is that it takes a considerable effort to open the airer when it has been collapsed. I therefore tend to leave it up.

Yes but the cover is poor quality and so is the frame! Lots of line but all squashed together on a small frame. Line is very expensive for what it is.

It is recommended to close rotary or store away during high winds otherwise damage may be caused to the main pole.
