Amazing set!!
I bought this on sale, and it's brilliant. The building techniques are genius! No stickers either, so great display piece along side my Lego Game Boy and Nintedo NES. 100% recomend this set.

A must buy
What can i say just an absolute epic build its massive and heavy with some very interesting and introcate sections in the book the instruction book was over 300 pages but it produces a very well thought out very near game acurate model if your a fan of both Mario Kart and Lego you certain van go wrong getting this as a display piece. As for down sides i can I can only think of one, Mario cant be shown as a seperate model as part him is also part of the seat

Great building fun for all of the family
I am a huge fan of Mario and many years ago I remember playing for hours and hours on the old Super Nintendo entertainment system, and Wii. All of us thoroughly enjoyed building this as a family and spent many a happy hour doing so. We found the instructions clear and easy to understand. It was a lot less difficult to construct than some of the other Lego Technical kits we have done in the past. Overall the Mario character was quite tricky as was the steering wheel build, but we found the final result well worth it. We also liked the fact that the whole thing is raised up on a small stand , which adds character to it and you can have it heading up or downhill. The build experience was amazing and it provided us with hours of entertainment. Thank you Leg, a great set.
