Invoked great childhood memories playing MarioKart
Bought this to take over to my family at Christmas. My brother and I were big Mario Kart fans as kids, so thought it would be nice to do together and invoke the memories. We enjoyed building this and see it come together and before long my Dad was hovering and got involved too rekindling his toy construction days. Just a really nice way to spend time over Christmas. Weren’t too many tricky bits and worked it out between us. Looks fantastic displayed at the end as the set has great detail. Would have been nice to have had the option of being able to stand Mario up but I guess sitting in his kart is where he belongs.
