Update intrusion
I bought this to replace my previous HP workstation but it is no use to me at all. Due to the intrusion of a ‘firmware ‘ update the night after it was installed all our network and internet and wifi settings were constantly knocked out requiring at least 10 restarts of PCs or printer or network. This makes it impossible to carry on our small business without interruption. On line reviews suggest this is an ongoing HP problem and even if firmware updates are turned off once it’s happened it will continue.

Have been using this for a few months now and find it very good, getting it on my network wasn't straight forward otherwise works well and quality is good.

Second hand sold as new
Bought this last week, set it up and it was showing that someone else had used it before me. Half the ink was used and the warranty started in November. Sold me a printer that had been returned HP confirmed that it had been registered previously.

After three weeks of use I'm convinced this is a reliable machine that prints fast enough for home use. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that t manufacturing quality is a bit flimsy compated to its predecessor.

Great for everyday use and small office
Purchased to upgrade from my old HP. I wanted borderless printing and easy way to photocopy. This is great. A little on the larger side but worth it for features and quality.

Great Printer .Let down somewhat by HP Ink Supply
The printer is very good . We have a small business and it operates well for the needs. The Texh team were also very helpful in sorting a few issues out . I have put 4 stars due to the let down by HP in supplying ink . This is the 2nd printer we have had with ink and the same old failure , which HP Just won’t listen to . They leave it far too late so send ink . So I had to go and buy ink as once again not sent in an appropriate manner . HP when will you learn .
