Would of made a nice birthday gift for my elderly
I brought this pretty bracelet last month for my mums birthday, it was 75 pound so not cheap . The assistant put it in gift box bent it to fit it in by the time I drove home and opened to show family what I had brought my elderly mum for a gift it was broken in box ! . Had to go straight back all within 20 minutes to return which was accepted straight away and did say sorry I got the refund within 2/3 days . I then checked reviews on pretty silver bracelet with hearts around it do say don’t buy it do not bend . I went to a jewellery shop in the end.

I bought this for my 15 year old Christmas present. I hadn’t read the reviews until I had bought it and was a little worried. I checked the item on picking it up. Yes it was in a sealed bag within a presentation case obviously for protection. I was pleasantly surprised on how well it looked and my daughter hasn’t taken it off all Christmas. It doesn’t have a safety catch which is my only gripe. It looks the part and looks decent quality. More importantly my daughter loves it.

Just received my bracelet and it was in a plastic bag in a small earring box. Very disappointed as last one I bought came in a very nice bracelet box.
No it doesn't. They say it does but you get it in is a little zip lock bag, like all their jewellery. If you want a gift box you have to purchase one!
