48 different Pokemon to catch: Players try to catch eight different types of Pokemon and add them to their tracker mat. The first trainer to collect one of each type or the last one with Poke balls wins.
Explore wild locations, battle rivals: Take control of locations, from forests to cities to gyms. A player who lands on a controlled location can either explore it or battle its owner to try and take over that territory.

Really nice idea
Was not sure how this would work, but it's a good little game more simple than the original and shorter play time, didn't take my 7 year old long to get how to play and we really enjoyed it, would recommend!

grandson time
thought i would try out this game for my 8 nearly nine year old grandson who loves Pokemon which is what held his attention to play the game. We mastered most of it within 2 games need to explore more into battles as we progress into the future but a decent game can be played for beginners

Great fun
Bought this game for my 7 year old and 11 year old. Slightly more complicated than Jr Monopoly, but not as complicated as the full version of Monopoly, and great fun for the kids and whole family

Great for birthday gift
I bought this for a birthday gift for a 7 year old, gives an alternative to playing games online. This version still appeals as there are Pokemon figures to keep a child's interest.

I got the Pokémon Monopoly for my 9-year-old son, and it instantly became a weekend favourite. The game takes the classic Monopoly format and blends it with the world of Pokémon—so instead of buying properties, you're catching Pokémon from the Kanto region, like Pikachu, Charizard, and Eevee. What I loved as a parent: Engaging gameplay that teaches money management, turn-taking, and strategy (without it feeling like homework). The Pokémon twist kept it fresh and exciting—even I had fun joining in! The custom tokens (like a Poké Ball, Pikachu’s hat, and more) are adorable and well-made. My son loved reading the "Trainer Battle" and "Professor Oak" cards—they spark little story moments that keep things imaginative. Fun for all ages
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Monopoly is a classic. Pokémon is legendary. The two together are awesome. My only downside is that there are only 4 characters and I have a larger family, we added extra characters to play. It's fun for all ages, colourful, easy to play, rules can be bent and overall a great game. Disclaimer: no one up ended the game this time!
