About this product
Flat tyre before the morning commute? The Ring ULTRAINFLATE 20 plugs straight into your 12V socket and gets you going again quickly. The digital gauge shows exact pressure, and it stops automatically once you hit your target, no standing there guessing. It remembers your last setting, so you just press a button next time. Reads in PSI, BAR or kPa depending what you're used to. Built-in LED lights up the valve area when you're working in the dark. Comes with adaptors for car tyres, bike tyres and inflatables, all stored on board so nothing gets lost in the boot.
The auto-stop function cuts out at your chosen pressure to prevent over-inflation. Switch between PSI, BAR and kPa units with push-button controls. The power cable winds back into the unit for tidy storage. Works with most vehicles through the 12V car socket. Onboard storage keeps cables and adaptors together in one place.

Easy to use
We were having problems with a tyre and this took a lot of the stress away from having to find garages.

Did its Job
We bought this to keep us going with a slow puncture so we could get the car to the tyre centre. Did what its meant to well. Inflated the flattened tyre efficiency without getting too hot as others we have used have. Small enough to keep in the car for emergencies on the go. It doesn't appear to be the most robust of things but we'll see how it holds up with repeated use.

Good product
This unit does what it says on the box. It doesn’t deflate tyres if you need that function. You have deflate by disconnecting and letting air out yourself.

Great features
I bought this a month ago and it works really well

It’s a good pump
I bought this so that I would have a pump on hand at all times. It’s good. The power cable is long enough for my VW Polo, and it winds up into the inside of the pump, a nice idea. The air hose can be folded and stored in the end of the device. It seems to work, the build quality is good, the display is very clear. The only criticism is the lack of a soft or hard case. I keep it in the cardboard box in the boot, but that might not last long. It’s not cheap, there’s cheaper on eBay, but this got good reviews, and there’s a warranty with Argos nearby in case of issues.

Have tested and works fine. Decent value for money
I have used it to pump up the tyres on my car. The power cable is long enough, although I only have a small hatchback. The main thing that surprised me was how fast the tyres inflated. The digital screen is handy.

Good, But.....
This tyre inflator is certainly quick. The only downside I have had with it is that after having set the tyre pressure I required for the front tyres, I was unable to lower the target pressure to the pressure required the the back tyres. All I could do was see what the reading was it gave and put air into the tyre to the approximate pressure. Apart from that it seems to be well made and the pressure is clearly visible.

Hi Mark
I can confirm the Ring ULTRAINFLATE 20 Digital Tyre Inflator - 755/7446 is only operated by the 12V car socket and not by the mains.
I hope this helps!
Thank you for using Q and A.
Hello Baz,
Our supplier has advised that the Ring ULTRAINFLATE 20 Digital Tyre Inflator time will vary depending on the size of the tyre.
A larger tyre has a larger volume and will therefore take longer to fill with air.
On a 15” tyre it’s about 3.5 minutes.
