About this product
The Rico Double Storage Unit gives your kid's bedroom plenty of organised space without taking over. It's solid pine with a streamlined Scandi look that works well in most children's rooms. There are two standard drawers up top and a cupboard, plus two larger trundle drawers at the base that roll out smoothly on castors. The cut-out handles keep it neat and easy for kids to open. You get untreated pine, so you can paint or stain it to match your room scheme if you want.
The wooden runners and sturdy castors give smooth movement when opening drawers. It's a tall unit, so wall-mounting brackets are included for stability, that's really important in a kid's room. All four drawers have metal runners that hold up well to daily use. The cupboard section adds flexible storage for toys, books or folded clothes. Arrives flat-packed with clear instructions and everything you need to put it together.

Wanted some storage in solid wood rather than veneered chipboard and this fitted the space perfectly, decorated to match room too, so very pleased with the look if it. Easy to put together. Boxes on castors at the bottom is a great idea 🤗

So hard to assemble.
Looks good so far but.......,so complicated. Set everything out. Get everything in order then go slowly. Makes IKEA seem like Duplo.

Fantastic customer service
This fits in perfectly with my son’s bedroom decor and hides away so much lego! The different kinds of storage are really useful with lots of space. The drawers are a bit stiff but maybe will loosen with use. It was fairly easy to put together by myself. My 5* review is mainly for Argos customer service and the delivery process - free next day delivery, found one panel was scratched so contacted Argos online by live chat, they arranged a replacement and again it arrived the next day. Really pleased with it and would definitely buy again.

We bought this for shoe storage and it’s perfect. The cupboard and draws make it the perfect option. Our daughter has the same one for our grandsons play room and again is idea for all his toys and books. Would recommend.

I was very excited when I purchase the product, as it was what I was looking for my daughter’s bedroom. Unfortunately disappointed for habitat product. I found the wood very cheap and easily chipped when assembled.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Kids Rico Double Storage Unit - Pine: ''Unfortunately, the side panels are all pre-drilled to accommodate the assembly of the parts, so if you don’t fit the drawers, the drill holes will be visible on the inside.''

There is a pine one they already sell but then they may say painting it would cancel your warranty. I am not sure.
I will say I bought the one with the drawers and the rail and had it a few years and not had any issues with it so the warranty would not have been a problem in my case if I wanted to do this.
