Wow, What a pan!
After extensive research looking for a pan that not only suits my needs, but also looks great, I opted for this pan. At first I was put off by the price when comparing to other pans, but as I said….extensive research swayed my to this pan, and as the old adage says….you get what you pay for. I am absolutely delighted with this pan, and the amount of cheaper pans that last a year or two and have ended up in the bin after the non stick costing ends up like sandpaper, in the long run, this will work out cheaper, it just oozes quality. The non stick coating is a joy to not only cook with, but to also clean afterwards. A quick wash in hot soapy water and then a quick dry and it’s done, like new again. I have used this pan once a week since buying…..to make batches of food for freezing, and I could not be more at ease by recommending this pan to anyone that was like me…pondering over the price and wondering shall I, shan’t I? It’s quite simply the best pan that I have in my cupboard and wish I had bought one years ago. Exceptional quality from Circulon!

Faultless Pan!
Super pan that does everything it’s supposed to. It heats up quickly and the heat distribution is excellent, the glass lid is super helpful for monitoring cooking. I’m using it as a wok and whilst it doesn’t have the steeply sloping side and tiny base of my old wok, it’s actually much better and cooks my favourite spicy chicken stir-fry more quickly and evenly. I can’t fault this pan.
