A thin cotton comfortable mattress protector.
I, am happy I bought this Silentnight Bounceback Mattress Protector. This Mattress Protector on it's own, is not enough. It's is not thick enough to provide any real support, or waterproof for any significant spills, so it's mostly about preventing stains or sweat. I bought it knowing this before hand for my thick hybrid Mattress. I actually use a multi-layered approach for my Mattress Protection, in bed alone I like it firmer, so I use bottom to top: semi-Waterproof half cotton, then Flaxby (original version) with elasticated straps, then this one with elasticated straps on-top. This reduces noise from the bottom sheet to zero. I wash this Silentnight on 40c for 45min, and Tumble on Synthetics / Cool.

Good matress for price got money off with promotion son thinks it's comfortable only issue left mattress to plump up for 48 hours like it says and it didn't go to the depth of 18cm like it says about 15cm not a problem for us

The straps that hold it on are hard to stretch over the mattress edges but the top is good quality! Once the sheet is on it should stay in place 🤞

Elasticated straps
This is an ok mattress protector. Washes well. And we bought for 4 foot bed which is odd size. We usually buy full over the corner covers but missed the little sign saying elasticated straps. My fault and we using it fine. Doesn’t seem to slip. So far so good.
