The hand grip sensor monitors your pulse while you pedal. You'll track time, distance and speed on the console. The bike folds away when you've finished exercising.

This is well designed and well made from good quality material. Putting it together in the first place was very easy, with clear instructions. Whilst feeling strong and sturdy, it is still light enough to move around quite easily, with well designed rollers on the bottom.

Delivered on time at collection point. It was a bit time-consuming to assemble but we got there in the end and we are very pleased with the end result. The Nike is quiet in use and the front wheels make it very easy to move around. We be been using it for about 2 weeks and so far we are very happy with it.

Great bike and was easy to put together. The back rest is very important for me to keep upright while I'm cycling. The monitor is good too. Great to exercise in the bad weather when I can't get out for a walk and to catch up on TV programmes at the same time. Got it in the sale too.

I just got one and Im using it on carpet without a mat. It feels very sturdy.
