It has 8 different levels of tension and a smart hand grip pulse sensor. You can track your time, distance, ODO, calories, and speed on the console. And because it's foldable it takes up minimum storage space. Smart.

Delivered on time at collection point. It was a bit time-consuming to assemble but we got there in the end and we are very pleased with the end result. The Nike is quiet in use and the front wheels make it very easy to move around. We be been using it for about 2 weeks and so far we are very happy with it.

Great exercise bike
Great bike and was easy to put together. The back rest is very important for me to keep upright while I'm cycling. The monitor is good too. Great to exercise in the bad weather when I can't get out for a walk and to catch up on TV programmes at the same time. Got it in the sale too.

Excellent value for money. A slight issue was quickly dealt with by very helpful after sales lady on phone. All good now and glad I have it especially with snowy weather here. Put on some music or watch a video and the time passes. Would recommend

I just got one and Im using it on carpet without a mat. It feels very sturdy.
