Disappointing Crispi
Disappointed with the poor design, where there's such a small gap between the glass bowls and the supporting frame. Also, food takes longer to cook than in my other Ninja, despite the Crispi being smaller, but with the same wattage!

Space saving and a go to
Perfect for the family. A real time saver and an excellent addition to the kitchen. Air fryers are now ubiquitous but the Crispi makes things even more convenient as it is so easy to clean and store food. Hard to imagine meal times without it now!

Passable but not an oven
For covenience and cleaning itz good. It does an ok roast chicken but not like an oven. Jacket potatoes were ok but its not an oven. The best thing is you can put it in sink and easy to clean. A bit dissapointing tbh.

So far happy with my crispi air fryer, would have been 5 stars but I miss the temperature control unable to adjust cooking temp spoils this product . That said it's good quality works well, very easy to clean - I like the way once cooked you just pick up the dish & serve and the glass dish you can see the food no more "opening" a tray etc...

I was very excited about purchasing my Air-Fryer, and it really hasn’t disappointed. It looks beautiful and is so compact. I have cooked a number of things and the sausages were particularly delicious and crispy. It’s easy to clean and I look forward to using it more-and-more. Five Stars!

This air fryer does have a baking function suitable for both cakes and pies.
The air fryer is capable of cooking frozen food. For best results, we recommend not combining raw, frozen, and/or pre-cooked ingredients.
The total capacity of the large container is 3.8L. It depends on the size of the chicken.
We are afraid to tell you that all our air fryers excluding the Ninja FN101UKGY that is PTFE-free contain PTFE nonstick coating that is toxic to birds. We work with third-party labs to ensure that our testing protocols adhere to all of the most recent global developments in all regulations and standards applicable to the end product for safe consumer use.
This airfryer comes equipped with the "Recrisp" function. This function is used for reheating food.

Yes, your Ninja FN101UKGY does have a reheat option , and to use it we recommend using the RECRISP option located on the left side of the Mode button.

Yes, the CleanCrisp glass containers are microwave safe. If you use the lid, rest it on top without sealing, and do not microwave the crisper plates or the PowerPod.
No, this air fryer is not designed to cook soup. It has Air Fry, Roast, Recrisp and Keep Warm functions, which do not simmer or boil like a soup maker.
The unit has to be plugged in a 220-240V power supply socket.
When using Ninja Crispi, you can select the desired function and the cooking time, but you cannot select or change the cooking temperature. The preset temperature ranges are as follows: Recrisp at 185°C, Air Fry between 175-185°C, Roast between 175-185°C, and Keep Warm at 80°C. We recommend following the cooking charts and recipes in the Quick Start Guide that comes with the unit.
